This position is ideal for you if you desire to be in a growth environment with the goal of building your skills over time.  As a DM employee, you’ll engage in constant constructive feedback, ongoing mentorship and be involved with solving active sales and marketing objectives/challenges with an experienced team member.

We are looking for candidates that are sharp, creative, passionate, enthusiastic, and most importantly eager to learn. We are seeking to fill our position for the following functions:

  • Data Analytics
  • Proposal Generation & Tracking
  • Email and Content Marketing Management
  • CRM Optimization
  • Creative Problem Solving
  • Corporate Communications Coordination
  • Program/Project Management as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (Marketing, Business, or Analytics concentration preferred)
  • Curious, attentive to detail, and desirous of applying training to practical, complex, and real-world issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excel proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision
  • Demonstrates strong interest in healthcare market and relevant policy issues
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Healthcare concepts and data experience extremely helpful
  • Healthcare informatics, analytics, and reporting knowledge
  • CRM experience
  • Adobe Suite or Google Products desired or a willingness to learn
