Aaron Smallwood, CPA

Prior to joining DoctorsManagement, Aaron spent over 5 years at Crowe, LLP in their tax division and parting as a Tax Manager. He worked with corporate, partnership, and individual tax, reviewed staff work while serving as performance manager.  Aaron also provided specialized tax services and Merger and Acquisition (M&A) due diligence. He specializes in quality tax research.

Aaron enjoys the ability to build close professional relationships with clients and play a role in their success and to simplify business operations for clients by helping with compliance, accounting, and other issues

Aaron received a B.S. in Biological Sciences; Eastern Kentucky University, received a B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance collateral from University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and attended Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, before earning a Master of Accountancy (Tax concentration), also from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Aaron is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
