Nicole Richey

Nicole is the Senior Administrative Assistant at DoctorsManagement where she plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring organizational efficiency.  She manages office operations and administrative team schedules while also assisting the OSHA/HIPAA department with onsite audits and training.  Nicole works closely with clients by providing training and educational materials to support compliance and best practices across their organizations.  Her Certified Healthcare Administrative Assistant (CHAA) credential strengthens her understanding of HIPAA requirements and supports her behind-the-scenes compliance work.
