Dollie brings over 30 years of administrative medical expertise to the DoctorsManagement team. She began her career as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) at the Indiana Veterans Home before transitioning into an administrative role at a multispecialty, free-standing ambulatory surgery center owned by four local physicians. During her three-decade tenure, Dollie gained extensive experience in billing and payor contracts, credentialing, and practice management. Her comprehensive understanding of these key operational areas allows her to provide exceptional support to clients and ensure the efficient management of their daily operations.

Outside of her professional work, Dollie enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking. She is an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and takes great pleasure in gardening, landscaping, and planting flowers around her home.
