She began her career at the front desk and has since built a legacy that includes founding the National Alliance of Medical Auditing Specialists (NAMAS), pioneering the CPMA credential, and mentoring thousands of professionals across the country.
As President of NAMAS and Vice President of Regulatory Compliance at DoctorsManagement, Shannon leads with integrity, insight, and an educator’s heart. Her mission: to simplify complexity and empower professionals to perform their work with confidence and clarity. She currently resides in Florida with her husband Chris, their three grown children—Spencer, Shakia, and Sarah—and their four-legged family members.
