Yolaiza brings over ten years of experience in administrative support, accounts receivable, and customer relations. As the Administrative Assistant to the Management Consultants team, she is responsible for processing new contracts, generating monthly and quarterly reports, and ensuring accurate service and allocation submissions. She works closely with the Management team to keep client accounts up to date through clear and consistent communication. Additionally, Yolaiza coordinates executive meetings, documents meeting minutes, and streamlines client communications to the appropriate department leaders.
