Medical Practice Administrator | Savannah, GA

OVERVIEW:

A highly respected plastic surgery practice in Savannah, GA seeks an individual to join us as our team visionary and business leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is ideal for you if you desire to be in a growth environment with the goal of enhancing your career while leading our practice vision, day-to-day operations, financial, personnel, compliance, and EMR/computer network oversight.

You’ll be given the responsibility for advancing the practice mission and cultivating a culture of excellence and excitement in daily practice operations while engaging routinely with the physician-owners for constructive feedback and ongoing opportunities to define, articulate, and drive comprehensive goals for practice success and growth. 

You will have the opportunity to work with four surgeons and oversee ~45 team members that include surgical and non-surgical services, and state-of-the-art aesthetic services in our Skin Institute & Laser Center. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Business degree and some prior plastic practice management experience are highly preferred, though leadership experience in other practice specialties or progressive business environments will be considered. Additionally, you must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Revenue cycle knowledge including coding and billing is required.

This is a full-time position in a pleasant work environment with competitive compensation and benefits. Expenses will be considered for relocating to this thriving area.
