As an Associate Management Consultant, Katie’s work includes completing financial projections, medical practice assessments and start-ups, researching and troubleshooting complex issues across various topics that impact medical providers and their practices, as well as helping clients to strategically plan for the future of their business.
In her role as an Associate Management Consultant, Katie offers a distinctive array of skills. Katie gained valuable experience working on health care law issues at two U.S. Attorney’s Offices and focusing on regulatory and compliance matters at the Knoxville City Law Department. Her background in finance, economics, business law, and healthcare topics allows Katie to provide effective analytical skills and guidance to medical practices seeking to improve performance.
Katie enjoys helping clients to issue spot and problem-solve matters which allows clients to focus on delivering top-notch care. She also enjoys diving into practice finances to improve year over year outcomes and assisting providers in establishing and reaching their professional goals.
Katie graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in finance and economics from Waynesburg University in Pennsylvania. She also obtained a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, with a concentration in Business Transactions-Representing Enterprises.
Katie is a licensed attorney in the State of Tennessee and is also a member of the Knoxville Bar Association.
